Our products are made of raw steel. Over time, with heat and humidity, they may develop a patina or light rust.
👉 This is normal and does not affect strength or performance.

Can I cook directly on the surface?

Yes. We recommend to:

• Heat the surface

• Apply oil (like a griddle)
  👉 This improves cooking and protects the steel.

Are the products disassemblable?

Some models are disassemblable for easier transport.

Are the products made in Quebec?

Yes 🔥
All our products are carefully designed and manufactured in Quebec.

What is the steel thickness?

It depends on the product, but we generally use robust steel (e.g., 1/8").

How long until I receive my order?

• In-stock products: 2 to 4 days for processing

• Manufactured products: 3 to 10 days for manufacturing

• Delivery: 2 to 7 days depending on your region

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on some orders (e.g., $199 and up).

How can I track my order?

• Unused

• In its original condition

Are personalized products refundable?

No. Custom-made products are not eligible for return.

• Keep away from prolonged humidity

Can I leave my product outside?

Yes, but this will accelerate the patina/rust.
👉 Recommended to cover or store to prolong its lifespan.

Is it safe?

Yes, but:

• Always use on a stable surface

• Never use indoors

• Monitor the fire at all times
